SPARE PARTS

Accidentally tear out a button or rivet? No problem! Send an email to shermanclothing@gmail.com with a picture of the problem and your order number, and we'll send replacement buttons and rivets over- free of charge.

We currently accept credit/debit cards and PayPal. We reserve the right to require additional information to prevent fraud and additional complications.

SHIPPING

We urge you to make sure that your address is 100% correct at checkout, to avoid any problems. However, if you would like to change or correct the shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours after your order has been placed to ensure that your order reaches the correct address.

James Sherman is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you experience delays, please contact your local postal office, or the USPS to resolve issues before reaching out. If an order is sent back to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for paying the additional postage to have their order re-shipped to the correct address.

If your items are damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately, and we will find a way to resolve your issue.
